Rapid Dry Mortar System

 

Fast-curing system for optimised execution times and entry into service

System with high mechanical resistance and thickness (5-8 mm) which is prepared by mixing an epoxy binder with silica aggregate of 0.8mm diameter at a ratio of 1:6 – 1:8. Apply using a rake and accomplish desired thickness (minimum thickness of 4 mm) with a straightedge resting on two guides. Then compact and smooth with an epoxy smoothing machine or metal trowel. Clean the trowel at intervals with solvent to make this operation easier.

The system’s rough finish provides anti-slip properties and it is typically used in areas of high mechanical stress.

Primer:

Select a primer from the Seire range, according to the requirements of the project.

Intermediate Layer:

The mortar should be applied to the primer while still wet.
